Repurposing Items..and Thrifty Ideas
repurposeful is a handy blog that talks about re-purposing various items around the house, which we all know in today's economy, we can use it.
Freebies??
I see a lot of times there are other bloggers who get free stuff to try out just for the review that they give the company (not to mention we all know that they will blog about) I have written about a few different sites where you can get freebies and good coupons, but usually it's a trial size. And that is good too, because I know I wouldn't want to get a box of garbage bags that I come to hate.

Car Repairs
In this economy, it seems like the price of EVERYTHING continues to rise. My loving husband, who is an ASE certified (and re-certified) technician, is willing to work on vehicles for the cost of supplies and a minimal fee. Work is only done on weekends, and can be scheduled with me. So if you have anything that needs to be done, please email me. **tell your friends**

Attn Thrifty Mommies!!!
I am really getting back into the swing of things, and have found yet another resource that, for those of us who do not mind anything 2nd hand, you might just love this. It's a website called Swapmamas.com, where moms swap all kinds of stuff for the kiddos, and even stuff for mommies and daddies! If you are seriously, truely interested, and would like me to refer you ( I don't know if this will automatically add you to my friends, but it's worth a shot) just email me or find me on Facebook and shoot me a private message.
(Due to security issues it's safer to not add my email here.)

Making Money from Home
I know that I briefly touched base on this last week, as I found a website, odesk.com, that allows people to work from home for various companies/individuals. I have actually be on a job since last week, applied to several other jobs, and went through an interview. While you may find that there are many jobs that are available, it seems to me that many of the jobs are giving to people in other countries simply because it does not cost as much to employ people outside of the United States. The job that I did get, is a very simple, 30 minutes a day job. While it is not minimum wage, it is still a little bit of money.
Unfortunately the job interview did not go well due to the interviewer's lack of understand the English language. But I have faith and hope that I will find something else out there.

Attention Moms!
I have found a website this morning that I want to share with ALL the moms out there. MomCentral.com is a website that has tons of moms and bloggers who share information about all kinds of stuff. One blogger, DealSeekingmom.com , wrote about how she was "trying out" a Whirlpool washer and dryer (which is really how it caught my attention!) So if you like hearing about stuff before you buy, or just want to connect with other moms, I encourage you to check this site out.
